The winemaker

The Domaine de Rotisson: a reasoned and certified viticulture


Domaine de Rotisson began its conversion to organic viticulture in 2020. This step is the logical continuation of the winemakers' work. The viticulture has been Terra Vitis certified since 2008. HVE environmental certification will also be obtained in 2019. Grapes are harvested by hand, and vinification is based on the specificity of the terroir.

The wines of Domaine de Rotisson


The vineyard is made up of white and black grapes, with Gamay and Chardonnay. Domaine de Rotisson wines are soft and supple, and have already won several awards, including those from the Concours Général Agricole and the Concours des Grands Vins du Beaujolais. The estate produces Bourgognes, Beaujolais, Beaujolais Nouveaux and Effervescents.
