The winemaker
The area takes its name from the pirole, a plant with white flowers that inspires the family since the nineteenth century. Since its inception, the field belongs to the same family. In 2013, the torch is passed to the Bardet family with the promise to keep the authenticity of the vineyard. These new winemakers have greatly contributed to the current renamed domain, developing and improving vinification. The area is one of the largest in the Saint-Amour, with its 15 hectares, divided on climate "The Pirolette", "Around the Church", "The Chicks," "Le Bourg" or "The Creuse Perilous ".
