In a few words ...

Our CHIROUBLES comes from hand-picked grapes grown on very sandy soils which, on our estate, are completely grassed over. This allows us to obtain very colorful, fleshy wines while preserving the aroma of violet flowers typical of this cru. The grapes are de-stemmed for around 10 days, and once pressed, the wine finishes its fermentation in a stainless steel vat, where it then undergoes malolactic fermentation.

Taste

On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and quite tannic, with the aroma of violets and a hint of acidity typical of Chiroubles.
