In a few words ...
The vines grown close to the Moulin à Vent appellation produce a wine with a dark red color and aromas of red berries and spices. A generous, complex and tender wine to lay down. La Dîme is located near the center of the village of Chénas, on the terraces overlooking the Saône valley. The terroir is highly heterogeneous, with granite at depth and silica, clay and pebbles on the surface.
