The winemaker

The Château du Moulin-à-Vent is located in the heart of the prestigious appellation Moulin-à-Vent since 1732. Located in the extreme south of Burgundy [1], it takes its name from its old mill overlooking the valley. Its area covers 37 hectares of vineyards. His plots, recognized exceptional quality, belong to the greatest terroir of the (Court of Field [2] The Vérillats [3], La Rochelle ...). The estate is now run by Jean-Jacques Parinet. This initiates an innovative impetus to the Castle, in a qualitative and daring quest.
