The winemaker

The very special terroir "Golden Stone" is composed of clay and limestone crossed by granitic rocks of the veins that act on the vines and give personality to each of our wines. Feet in the land we grow our vines 35 to 70 years planted on beautiful sunny slopes. We do not seek to interfere in the development of the plant, but only to accompany and protect by promoting soil life and biodiversity to facilitate interaction between the vine and its soil. From the grapes harvested by hand and carefully sorted, the wines are produced and reared in the traditional way, to get the full expression of their personality.
