Château de la Terrière has stood in Cercié in the heart of the Beaujolais region since the 16th century. It is one of the oldest estates in the region. The vines, with a total surface area of 28 ha, are on average 50 years old, and stretch due south over the mid-slopes of a granite hill. Château de la Terrière is a Beaujolais worthy of the name. It has the fruit aromas and minerality of wines grown on the southern slopes of the Beaujolais region. This full-bodied wine is ideal with a plate of charcuterie and cheese served with friends.

A good Brouilly that's a pleasure to drink. Dark garnet in color, with a nose of red fruit that carries over to the palate. I think it will improve with 2/3 years of cellaring.
