On the palate, notes of raspberries and redcurrants. Expressive, supple and soft, with long persistence. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand to ensure optimum quality. After harvest, maceration lasts 4 to 8 days at 8°c. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures, followed by malolactic fermentation at 25°c. Finally, the wine ages a few more months in steel vats before being bottled and sold at optimum maturity. In 1839, armand de corcy decided to become a master cooper in Beaune. After completing his training, he became the best cooper in Burgundy at the time. After making and selling thousands of barrels, he was finally able to afford his first vineyard, blanche de chassagne-montrachet. It wasn't until the age of 50 that he left barrel-making to his eldest son, to devote himself exclusively to the winery with his youngest son. The success of his wines is impressive, and continues to this day. The company is now headquartered in nuits-saint-georges, and the wines are internationally renowned. Allergene:enthält sulfite
