Here, the Gamay grapes are vinified like a white wine: harvested and sorted by hand, then pressed immediately. This is followed by low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness of the fruit. 2020 is a sunny vintage. To enjoy all its aromas, taste it preferably between its first and fourth years.
Les « cadoles » sont les petites cabanes construites dans les vignes et dans lesquelles les vignerons stockaient leurs outils. C’est aussi notre cuvée simple, fraiche, facile, très beaujolaise !
