This cuvée comes from a parcel of Gamay grown using sustainable agriculture methods. Vinification is traditional, using whole bunches of grapes. Its richness and tannic structure make it an ideal accompaniment to Rossini beef steak, mushroom-based or strong cheeses such as St Marcelin.
