In a few words ...

Sixty-year-old vines planted on siliceous granite and clay-limestone soils have produced a deep garnet-red cuvée. The originality of this wine lies in its aromas of dark red fruit (blackcurrant, blueberry) and kirsch cherry. Well-balanced after 18 months' ageing in foudre and oak barrels, it offers substance and structure with mineral and spicy notes. Cuvée 1787 is a full-bodied wine whose bouquet will become more refined and intense with age.

Aromas of black fruit, ripe cherry, toast and sweet spices. Full-bodied, rich and generous on the palate, with velvety tannins.
