Cuvée Jadis represents the forgotten tradition of the region's wines. Vinified and aged according to the methods used by our ancestors and mentioned in the "Vermorel" book published in 1894. After 22 months in barrel, this Beaujolais-Leynes is bursting with spicy aromas and complexity. Aniseed and licorice notes are followed by black fruits such as black cherry, blackberry and plum. The tannins are rich and soft, promising great ageing potential for this 2006. The finish is accompanied by dark chocolate flavors melting slowly on the palate.
