History: Sauvignon Blanc's origins in France go back to the dawn of time. In the Middle Ages, it was introduced to the Cher department by the Benedictine monks of Beauvoir Abbey. From the early 16th century, François 1er praised it whenever he stayed at his châteaux in the Loire Valley. This special cuvée is made from grapes harvested with the greatest care in the vineyards of Touraine and Anjou, belonging to prestigious owners. The Maître de Chais pays particular attention to preserving the elegance and finesse of the grape variety.
