domaine de piéblanc was created in 2014 in caromb at the foot of mont ventoux by matthieu ponson, who became a winemaker out of passion. Since 2022, it has been established at the foot of the village of gigondas and the dentelles de montmirail. The vineyard comprises 10 hectares of aop ventoux vines on the heights of caromb at 300 m altitude. A few kilometers away, still at altitude in the commune of suzette, 15 hectares of terraced vines in aop beaumes de venise on the famous trias soils, then 6 hectares in aop gigondas! in 2021, 7 hectares of aop côtes-du-rhône will complete the domaine's vineyard. Convinced of the importance of the land and respect for nature, matthieu ponson quickly began converting to organic farming. The 2020 vintage will be the first to be certified organic.
