Domaine mylène bru is a small Mediterranean vineyard north of sète. Since its first vintage in 2008, mylène bru has been making its own distinctive sound in the Languedoc landscape. Some fifteen plots of land lost in the garrigue, near Saint-Pargoire (like marlène soria), organic vines pampered, grapes pampered, which she lets express themselves with an almost mystical minimalism... The result of this very emotional relationship with her profession is wines of exuberant charm, to which the small yields from which they are made give substance and density. From the pruning of the vines to bottling, the work is carried out by hand, with respect for the land and the grapes. The monts et merveilles cuvée from domaine mylène bru comes from old Syrah vines planted on lacustrine limestone soils. The plot faces due north, is cold and very exposed to the wind. The bunches of grapes are millerandered, resulting in small berries and extreme biodiversity. Very gentle destemming. Very slow vatting for around 3 weeks, with completion of alcoholic fermentation and very slow pressing in the small vertical press.
