Domaine bobinet - les gruches 2018the domaine bobinet is located outside saumur, in the village of beaulieu in the loire valley. Saumur's terroir is distinguished by the omnipresent tuffeau, the soft, white limestone used to build the châteaux of the Loire. The domaine was formed in 2002 when sébastien bobinet took over 1.8 hectares of vines and cellar from his maternal grandparents, who had retired 15 years earlier. He now works alongside Emeline Calvez. The vineyard is farmed organically, without certification.les gruches is composed of chenin blanc grown on limestone, from two parcels, one of which is over 80 years old and has a very low yield.cépage: 100% chenin blanc
