A true pioneer and leader of Auvergne's natural wines, patrick bouju of domaine de la bohème attaches great importance to the soil. His vineyards, situated at an average altitude of 500m, are scattered across the best terroirs he has been able to find: egliseneuve-près-billom, billom, lempdes, le puy d'anzelle and corent.
