Les safres bleus d'axel chambert is a family-run winery whose name is synonymous with respect for all living things. Here you'll find superb organically grown wines, vinified without any "inputs". axel chambert's domaine les safres bleus has been in the chambert family for five generations. Situated in the beautiful landscape of the south bank of the Rhône, which is also a challenging area for viticulture, the family has experienced many successes and setbacks over this period, leading to close ties between the wine family and their region. Axel Chambert grew up with a deep love for the land, the vines and the wines of the region. The winemaker is fully committed to organic farming and the production of pure natural wines. Axel lets his wines ferment and mature as naturally as possible, with no additional inputs. The domaine grows Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault, Viognier, Roussanne and Marsanne grapes. Sheltered from the strongest effects of the Mistral by the neighboring mountains, they find a rather dry climate that protects them from the danger of fungal diseases.
