Domaine mylène bru is a small Mediterranean vineyard north of sète. Since its first vintage in 2008, mylène bru has been making its own distinctive sound in the Languedoc landscape. Some fifteen plots of land lost in the garrigue, near Saint-Pargoire (like marlène soria), organic vines pampered, grapes pampered, which she lets express themselves with an almost mystical minimalism... The result of this very emotional relationship with her profession is wines of exuberant charm, to which the small yields from which they are made give substance and density. From the pruning of the vines to bottling, the work is carried out by hand, with respect for the land and the grapes. Domaine mylène bru's cuvée franquette comes from Syrah vines planted on lacustrine limestone soils. A la bonne franquette! It means: in all simplicity. In the middle of the 17th century, people used to say "à la franquette", originally to say "en toute franchise", "franquette" being a word derived from "franc". It's perfectly suited to this very frank cuvée, which expresses all the fruit of the Syrah grape. A simple, straightforward expression of a 100% cuvée.
