domaine fournier produces its 'f de fournier' pinot noir from vines planted in the val de loire and vinified in sancerre. Made from young vines planted on sandy-clay and limestone-clay terroirs, the grapes are harvested when ripe, with the aim of achieving a balance between fruit and a silky, tannic structure that's full of fruit and flavour.
