The domaine d'alexandre et caroline bain, located in tracy-sur-loire, was created in 2007 on 11 hectares of sauvignon vines. The entire vineyard is farmed organically and biodynamically. The most fragile terroirs are ploughed using a draught horse. This respect for the environment extends to the winery - no oenological products are added during vinification, enabling us to offer wines that are natural, authentic, healthy and easy to digest, in line with the commitment charter of the Association des Vins Naturels. Caroline bain's cuvée coeur vaillant 2020 comes from a parcel of Sauvignon vines planted in the Pouilly Fumé appellation. For this first vintage, Caroline has extended the ageing period to 30 months. The nose reveals magnificent notes of citrus, white flowers, blackcurrant buds, exotic fruit and candied fruit. The palate is pure and balanced between fatness and acidity. A beautiful minerality follows, with fine bitters on a long, fresh finish. A great wine!
