The domaine jocelyn staderoli extends over 4.5 hectares located in the commune of la varenne (orée d'anjou 49) on hillsides bordering the south bank of the loire. The winery is in the commune of oudon (44) on the right bank of the loire, opposite the vineyards. At the crossroads of Anjou and the Nantes vineyards, the terroir offers a multiplicity of sub-soils, with grape varieties ranging from Gamay to Melon de Bourgogne and Pinot Gris. The estate is run using organic farming methods, with a focus on reducing inputs in the vineyard and cellar, respecting biodiversity and the soil, and creating wines that are lively, easy to drink and digest, in a spirit of nature and, above all, conviviality. After a career as a sound engineer in television and cinema, jocelyn staderoli radically changed his career direction to work with vines and wine in 2018. With a long-standing passion for wine and the world of plants in general, he has now turned to the other side of the mirror. Promoting the values of peasant agriculture, good local consumption practices and organic farming, he is moving on to a new career.
