An appearance is rare, and unexpected... And this wine is a novelty. Apparition is a wine made from Colombard grapes, vinified at low temperature and aged in new oak barrels. Light straw-yellow color. Delicate nose with smoky aromas, white flowers and white currants. Fresh and lively on the palate, with a slender, dynamic style. A highly original aromatic wine that will enhance aperitifs, seafood platters and summer dishes... In conversion to organic farming, hand-picked in crates, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, aged in new oak barrels, clay-limestone soils.
