The winemaker

After 4 generations of winegrowers and distillers, I take the family farm. Our Cognacs were usually valued in the blends of the major trading houses. I run my own line of cognac to enhance domestic production. The first bottling took place in November 2013. I offer winemakers cognacs, each expressing their land and their personalities. My cognacs are not assembly cognacs but copyright cognacs, each with their own style. In late afternoon or as an appetizer, in agreement with a dish or cocktail, each fits tasting moments. I want to enhance our knowledge and reveal the character of my spirits; vine distillation and during aging, we look for freshness, finesse, precision. My cognacs are refined and pleasant, they are worked without artifice.
