Our 1999 vintage comes from the Fins Bois. The largest of our region's crus, it encircles the Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne and Borderies crus. Their eaux-de-vie - round and supple - age more quickly, their bouquet reminiscent of pressed grapes.

Appearance
Amber color with golden highlights.
Aroma
A nose of Guérande salt caramel, molasses and orange chocolate, followed by the autumnal flavors of Canada apples and tarte Tatin with crème fraîche.
