The winemaker

In 1954, Jean Dietrich and his wife Denise created the family winery, which at the time covered 7 hectares. Their son Jean-Jacques took over in 1991. On this estate, the love and passion for wine has been handed down from father to son. Jean, 23 and son of Jean-Jacques (also a winegrower), studied oenology to take over the business. Today, the estate comprises 14 hectares of vines. The family crest represents the pointed-gable house belonging to the parents. Situated near the fortified bridge in Kaysersberg, along the Weiss river, this beautiful house captivates visitors with its architecture and unrivalled charm. Today, this coat of arms is affixed to all the estate's wine bottles, as a sign of the great importance we attach to respecting tradition.
