Appearance
Robe jaune pâle avec des reflets clairs, de bonne intensité. La bulle est fine et se dégage lentement . Le cordon est bien homogène sur la paroi du verre. Le disque est brillant, limpide, transparent.
Aroma
Nez franc, plaisant, de bonne intensité. On perçoit une dominante d’odeurs confites ; rhubarbe, agrumes, citron. L’aération amplifie le caractère agrumes et laisse apparaître de fines touches florales.
