In a few words ...
Hand-picked grapes from our own Riquewihr harvest at optimum ripeness. Maceration in unstemmed grapes for 12 days with daily pumping over. Blending of free-run and press wines. Aged in wooden casks and 1/3 barrels for several months before bottling on January 28, 2015.

Expressive, fruity nose with morello cherry and spicy notes.

A harmonious, full-bodied wine, with a supple attack, coated tannins and fine, long acidity. Very typical Pinot Noir with fruit and spices.

A ready-to-drink vintage. Subtle, I'd say. I like it on its own, as an aperitif with a small piece of bread.
