Appearance
It's in a medium red/ruby, almost limpid livery that it offers itself to us. Bright and luminous. It is adorned with diaphanous reflections undulating between violet and cherry.

Lovely nose of flowers and red berries.

Taste
The attack is frank and straightforward. The fruit is slightly crushed, giving plenty of juice in which red dominates but black is not absent. Acidity is present, giving fullness and depth.
