Departing from Toulouse, the pioneers of aeropostale braved all hazards and the unknown to deliver their mail. First Barcelona in 1918, then North Africa and finally South America. Flying on sight, the "Moscow Tree" at Domaine Gayda happened to be one of their landmarks. At the crossroads, and in homage to these intrepid adventurers, Domaine Gayda delivers its pioneering spirit and "taste of freedom" in this wine. Traditional vinification for Grenache. Short maceration at low temperature for the Syrah. On fine lees. - Blending. - Sterile filtration before bottling.
