Flor de pingus - dominio de pingus 2016dominio de pingus is a Spanish winery located in quintanilla de onésimo in the province of valladolid, with vineyards in the horra of the ribera del duero region. The estate's flagship wine, pingus, is considered a cult favorite. Dominio de pingus was founded in 1995 by Danish winemaker Peter Sisseck. Planted with very old vines of tinto fino (tempranillo), the vineyard covers 2.5 hectares of barrosso with vines over 65 years old, and 1.5 hectares of san cristobal with vines over 70 years old. Since 2000, the viticulture has been certified biodynamic.flor de pingus is the second wine of dominio de pingus and is entirely made from tempranillo grapes from vineyards leased in the la horra area, with vines over 35 years old.cépage: tinto fino (tempranillo)
