In a few words ...

This wine is a blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir grapes. Gamay produces red grapes with white juice, sweet and fruity. The Pinot Noir grape is small and tightly packed around its cluster (it looks like a pine cone, which is why it's called "pinot"). The juice is sweet and colorless. It gives off aromas of summer fruit. It's the coloring matter in the skin that dissolves in the juice, giving the wine its shimmering color. The grapes are picked with the utmost respect for the berries, and sorted before being put into vats. Fermentation is semi-carbonic. This fermentation reveals the wine's fruitiness and elegance without the astringency of tannins.
