In a few words ...

The estate's soils are essentially clay-limestone. It is in this type of soil and in a Mediterranean climate that Grenache best expresses the richness of its aromatic palette: red fruits, licorice, garrigue herbs. The vines are planted in a natural south-facing cirque at altitudes ranging from 280 to 400 meters. This planting height is very favorable to the phenolic ripening of the grapes, as the day-night temperature differential is greater than on the plains. Age of vines 20 to 40 years Harvesting and winemaking The grapes are harvested by hand, allowing them to be sorted at source and ensuring optimum harvest quality. Vatting lasts 10 to 15 days at a controlled temperature between 25 and 28°C, to preserve the wine's aromatic potential. Light filtration before bottling. Aged for 18 months in "three-wine" French oak barrels to avoid excessive oak tannin marking.

Undeniably a great wine from the southern Rhône Valley that's a must-try! The subtle Grenache/Syrah balance is a beautiful association like the one evoked by its name, Félibrige! Thanks to this wine, I learned that Félibrige was an association of Provencal writers like F. Mistral. A little anecdote revealed during the tasting! )

A sunny wine, well-balanced between power and roundness, with a bouquet of black fruits on the nose, finely spiced.

A very good wine with a wide range of aromas, enjoyed with roast veal with mushrooms, a real treat, I recommend it.

A very fruity wine from a very isolated corner of the Dentelles. For me, enjoying the taste is best served at 16°.

I didn't really like this wine. Should it have been kept longer? It's a shame you can't really appreciate it.

Powerful, dry, acidic on the finish, with woody and spicy notes, very good value for money. Aerate if possible.
