With its low dosage and almost unadulterated character, Extra-Brut is a champagne par excellence for aperitifs. Blend: 80% Meunier, 4% Pinot Noir and 16% Chardonnay. Dominant year: 2014 and reserve wines from 2010, 2012 and 2013. Dosage: Extra-brut at 5g/litre.
