Blend of vines aged from 5 to 60 years, located at different altitudes. Alcoholic fermentation after gentle pressing, fermentations start in stainless-steel tanks using only indigenous yeasts, at a temperature of 25-28°c. Malolactic fermentation and aging in French oak foudres (10-30 hl) for 11 months. Aged 1 month in stainless steel vats before bottling.
Taste
Notes of ripe fruit and sweet spices, fresh, balanced, nuanced and finely velvety in this caressing, elegant wine, full of tender fruit. Even in its youth, it is remarkably seductive.
