Champagne Binon CoquardEstimated delivery between 27 and Dec 31,
The fruit of a special ageing technique, Esprit Solera is an invitation to step back in time. The Solera method consists of aging wines from several years together, creating a perpetual reserve, rejuvenated each year.
A surprising champagne, surprisingly vinous, where freshness and power intermingle with delight!

Pale yellow color, even after all these years. Some "fat" can be seen on the rims of the glass, a sign of ageing.

Light citrus notes are a sign of ever-present freshness. The second nose expresses notes of almond, hazelnut, candied fruit and vanilla.
