In a few words ...
The grapes are meticulously harvested by hand, in harvesting crates in the early hours of the morning to retain all the freshness of the night. This white wine made from black grapes is obtained by the grapes are pressed as soon as they leave the vineyard, giving them a golden hue reminiscent of the sun. The juices ferment at a low, controlled temperature until the sugars are finished. The wine spends the winter in stainless steel vats, and is bottled when the first heat returns. Our wines are made to biodynamic specifications.
