Produced from vines planted with 85% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Cabernet Franc, 1% Malbec and 1% Carménère, Emilien is a wine obtained by decanting in experienced tuns and barrels for 24 months. A wine of great finesse, Emilien can be drunk young, thanks to its velvety tannins, or several decades later, to fully appreciate the depth of its terroir. Unfiltered.

Aroma
The nose is fruity, with aromas of ripe red fruit, dominated by blackcurrants and redcurrants, as well as burnt almonds, mushrooms and undergrowth.
