Location: Loire Valley, east of Tours. Soil: Clay-limestone and clay-siliceous, 40-hectare estate, vinified by us. Vinification: Direct pressing, low-temperature fermentation.

Appearance
Fairly pale yellow with golden highlights.
Aroma
Nose: Expressive, with floral and ripe fruit notes (citrus, quince), evolving into honey aromas after a few months' cellaring.

Very round on the palate, with a fresh, full attack. Good balance between sugar and acidity. Long finish, with notes of honey and dried fruit.
