In a few words ...

In its coral-orange pink attire, the youthful nose shows a certain restraint. Stony, iodized hues mingle with classic licorice notes, giving way to fruit on aeration: pomegranate, orange and a touch of strawberry. An ensemble typified by the Braquet signature. Dry, ripe and ample, its mellow freshness gives way to the light tannins that structure this fork-tender rosé. Rich, generous and spicy, it delivers licorice, aniseed and pepper. Its mellow texture is tinged with red fruit, iodized notes and gunflint. Bitter orange zest, licorice, bay leaf essences and pepper complete the ensemble, giving way to a hint of pepper on retro-olfaction. Drink over the next 3 to 4 years, with monkfish with hazelnut butter and laurel aromas, polenta with pomegranate seeds.
