In a few words ...

Domaine de la solitude 2011 is a concentrated, highly aromatic, powerful wine with dense, mellow tannins. Its balance and roundness will enable you to enjoy it quickly.Serve at 17-18°c.Vinification: vinification takes place in vats, generally with endogenous yeasts (i.e. yeasts naturally present in our vines), based on moderate temperatures and extraction measured according to vintage, grape variety and parcel origin. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barrels. The evolution of the domaine's wines towards a more robust structure, with fine, elegant tannins, has enabled the winemaker to gradually increase the proportion of new wood during the ageing phase, with the remainder being provided by one-wine barrels.
