    In a few words ...

Laurent vaillé is undoubtedly one of the Languedoc's most talented winemakers. Since his first vintage in 1992, his wines have quickly gained a special aura in the region, becoming rare and coveted cuvées that are fiercely contested by connoisseurs and collectors alike. These often splendid wines, which also age admirably, are made from high-altitude plots in the Arboussas massif, near Aniane. The red is composed of syrah and mourvèdre, complemented by cabernet-sauvignon and a little counoise. The white is composed of roussanne, marsanne, chardonnay and gros manseng. The wines of recent vintages have gone a step further, synthesizing all the qualities of a southern grand cru, with a form of serenity that further magnifies their expression. La grange des pères is made according to biodynamic principles, perfectly reflecting the expression of its terroir. The vines are planted on rolled pebble soils, allowing them to ripen beautifully. The nose reveals magnificent aromas of ripe fruit, spices, truffles and hints of garrigue. The palate is rich, full and complex, with hints of

A nose of leather, a vicitian swiftness that continues to whip once in the mouth. A Languedoc soul that's close to heaven.
