It's not every day you get your hands on such a treasure: from some of the oldest native vines in the côtes-de-provence, carolin spanier-gilllot and h.o. Spanier their new rosé. The whole project is a collaboration with the French winegrowing family tari and was born - well, where - over a glass of wine! it was during a dinner at a prestigious château in bor- deaux that spaniers and tari struck up a conversation. Carolin's French roots, his enjoyment of aperitifs at 6 p.m. and his love of the South of France. One thing led to another, and a visit to christina and benoit tari's provençal domaine de blanque- fort was quickly decided. Allergene:enthält sulfite
