(D'un) Verre Printanier surprises with its lightness and freshness. Like Nature when it is reborn, this Single Malt from the land of mirabelle plums awakens to new scents and colors. It is distinguished by a well-defined taste between raw aroma and fragrance. But it also has its share of secrets that keep you on the edge of your seat. The dominant aroma is fruity, with notes of white fruit and fresh cereal, while the finish is spicy and supple. An open-air olfactory walk, off the beaten whisky track.
Aroma
Nose White flowers, orchard fruit (pear in particular). Notes of cereals and fresh herbs, slightly spicy.
Taste
Crisp, supple attack. Fruity (pear again, but also notes of yellow fruit, like mirabelle plum), vegetal. A malty, slightly spicy, airy finish that whets the appetite. A sustained tension that makes you want to come back for more.
