Cuvée Prestige is a blend of 75% Chardonnay, 22% Pinot Meunier and 3% Pinot Noir. This cuvée is aged in our cellars for at least 36 months.
"A testament to patience, this elegant cuvée is distinguished by its style of balance and subtlety. The terroirs are meticulously blended, giving this champagne finesse, delicacy and complexity."
Tasting notes
Appearance
Pale gold in color, with fine bubbles and a refined cordon.
Aroma
The nose is rich with citrus (lemon and grapefruit), followed by peach and white flowers. This is followed by pleasant aromas of subtly spiced red fruits.

Taste
On the palate, a refreshing attack is quickly replaced by a full, warm roundness. Gourmet palate, with great length, served by a creamy effervescence.
