Earl Champagne Gaudinat Boivin et FilsEstimated delivery between 20 and Nov 22,
With this cuvée, we honor the Meunier grape variety, one of our region's noblest and most important, from which this nectar comes from vines over 50 years old. With its pretty, bright straw-gold color and frank, fruity nose of raisins and figs, this is a powerful, full-bodied champagne with a fresh mouthfeel. This fleshy, well-balanced "blanc de noirs", with its creamy effervescence, is a cuvée for pleasure. Crus: Le Mesnil-le-Huttier, Festigny (Marne Valley) Grape variety: 100% Meunier (60-year-old vines) Blend: wines from the year's harvest (60%) vinified in foudre and reserve wines (30%) Bottle ageing: 5 years Disgorging: 4 to 6 months before marketing Dosage: 7.5 g/l liqueur traditionnell
