Matured as a solera on a blend of several vintages of white Banyuls, it's the perfect end to any meal or evening.
An ageless solera with a base from the last century. Off the beaten track, this amber wine is imbued with scents of vanilla, raisin, blond tobacco and sherry-like nuts. Beautifully smooth on the palate, balanced by a remarkable and surprising freshness. Aromas of dried apricot, bitter orange and raisin are followed by a very rancio finish.
