The blend comprises 60% Chardonnay, 20% Chenin Blanc, 10% Mauzac and 10% Pinot Noir. This cuvée is unique in that it includes Pinot Noir. It is a perfect blend of mature Pinot Noir, a majority of Chardonnay grown exclusively on hillsides, Mauzac and Chenin Blanc. Traditional method. Temperature-controlled first fermentation in vats, blending of several years' harvests, aging on lees in the bottle... for 3 years, manual riddling and disgorging on the fly. Read more
