The domaine michel mallard et fils is located in ladoix-serrigny, a small village at the junction of the côte de beaune and côte de nuits. Winegrowers from father to son for five generations, the domaine has expanded over the years and today cultivates 11 hectares of vines. Maryse and patrick mallard, at the head of this winegrowing enterprise, nurture this heritage by producing wines in the burgundy, côte de nuits-villages, chorey-les-beaune, savigny-les-beaune, ladoix, aloxe-corton, corton and corton-charlemagne appellations. It is above all the pleasure of the senses and a story that maryse and patrick seek to tell in the making of their crus. From content to container, they work every day to enhance the expression of their terroirs through these two fascinating grape varieties: pinot noir and chardonnay. The domaine michel mallard et fils takes great care to enhance their terroirs. A notion that may be disconcerting to the uninitiated, but which makes perfect sense in Burgundy. Shaped by nature but revealed by man, terroir is made up of different elements. The vector between this environment and the hand of man is the grape variety. Pinot noir
