The "rognet et corton" parcel gives its name to this spendid grand cru from the côte de beaune. For us, "le rognet" is the emblematic wine of the domaine chevalier père et fils. Silky and juicy when young, racy and complex after a few years, it shows exceptional balance at any age. this 2015 can be enjoyed perfectly today. 100% pinot noir. 35-year-old vines. 1.15 hectares on two parcels located in the commune of ladoix-serrigny, on clay-limestone soil. Only 4500 bottles per year. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels, half of which are new. Aged over 15 years.
